Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Plan My Peak (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Plan My Peak is an endurance coaching platform that provides:

• Workout compliance scoring against planned training
• AI-assisted performance feedback that coaches review, refine, and approve
• Anonymous public reports for athletes to share their progress safely
• TrainingPeaks integration for synchronization of plans and completed activities
• Team-level visibility for coaches managing multiple athletes

Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Create an account using a valid email address via Supabase authentication
• Provide accurate and complete profile information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 13 years of age
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

TrainingPeaks Integration

If you connect a TrainingPeaks account:

• You grant Plan My Peak permission to read planned workouts and completed activities from TrainingPeaks on your behalf
• You authorize Plan My Peak to publish coach-approved feedback comments back to TrainingPeaks
• You must comply with TrainingPeaks’ own Terms of Service
• You can disconnect TrainingPeaks at any time from your integration settings; we will stop syncing data going forward
• We are not responsible for TrainingPeaks’ availability or the accuracy of data provided by TrainingPeaks

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape, copy, or reverse engineer the Service
• Interfere with other users’ access to the Service
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Share your account credentials with others
• Publish public report links containing data you are not authorized to share

AI-Generated Content

Workout feedback and compliance insights are generated using AI technology. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI-generated content is a draft for coach review, not finished medical or training advice
• Coaches remain responsible for reviewing, refining, and approving any feedback before it reaches an athlete
• Athletes should consult a healthcare professional before changing their training plan
• We do not guarantee specific performance outcomes
• You use AI-assisted feedback at your own discretion and risk

Health and Safety Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: This service is for informational and training planning purposes only.

• Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program
• Stop exercising if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort
• We are not responsible for injuries resulting from training recommendations
• Training plans should be adapted based on each athlete’s individual fitness level

Intellectual Property

Plan My Peak and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your data (coach profile, athlete profiles, activity data, plan compliance) remains yours. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process this data to provide the Service.

TrainingPeaks® and the TrainingPeaks logo are trademarks of TrainingPeaks, LLC, used with permission. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by TrainingPeaks, LLC.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but:

• The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time
• We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plan My Peak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including:

• Loss of data or profits
• Service interruptions
• Injuries resulting from training programs
• Errors in AI-generated content
• Inaccuracies in third-party provider data, including TrainingPeaks

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Fail to comply with applicable laws

You may delete your account at any time through the account settings.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
